From your first breathtaking tuk tuk ride to the jaw dropping temples of UNESCO World Heritage site, Angkor Wat,  the sights and sounds of this cultural treasure are as magnificent as the imagination. We begin our journey into this mystical land with a full 3 days in the resort town of Siem Reap, seat of the ancient Khmer empire and home to the 7th Wonder of the World, Angkor Wat! After our welcome feast and get to know you dinner, we will spend the next day with an English speaking, historian guide, exploring this breathtaking ancient complex. Day two we get to experience some of the precious natural wonders of Cambodia, with a visit (via air conditioned mini van) to Kulen National Park, home of lovely waterfalls, 1,000 lingas and a world famous, reclining Buddha. We will stop for lunch and visit the picturesque floating village at Tonie Sap Lake.

Days 4-5

Our adventure kicks up a notch on day 4 when we drive out into the countryside and visit Cambodia Wildlife Sanctuary! A one of a kind wildlife area and home to the Cambodian Elephant Nature Park  (ENP) project! 3 lovely elephants roam freely on the expansive property which is home to rescued gibbons, macaques and a variety of other animals. We will spend our time preparing food for the wildlife, observing these amazing creatures in their natural environment and MURAL painting! That evening we will fall a sleep with the sounds of the jungle all around in our rustic, natural bungalows! Will we hear the elephants? 

Days 6-9

After a refreshing night at our Siem Reap Spa Resort, we get an early start for our drive  to Phenom Penh. Situated at the junction of the Mekong and Tonie Sap rivers, lies Cambodia's vibrant capital. With it's walkable French Colonial river front and rich history, we will enjoy our  several amazing days, soaking in the rich flavors of this amazing city. Guests will be given the option of a river walk or visit to the infamous Choeung Ek Genocide Museum ( Killing Fields) and the notorious Tuol Sleng Prison for a fascinating look at Cambodia's recent history. We will spend our final day investigating the French colonial roots of Phenom Penh and relaxing in our delightful hotel. Our final evening we will experience the thrill of ancient Khmer by taking in a top rated Cambodian Cultural Dance show, followed by a mouthwatering farewell feast!  


Experiencing this awe inspiring country, so rich in history, natural beauty and resilience, is one of the grandest adventures imaginable.
